The yoga offered by IM Center helps you to come in contact with your body through simple, easy-to-learn techniques. An additional benefit is the positive effect on your mental well-being. The method is based on the hara–heart connection, which helps the body to relax and supports the processing of experiences and emotions.
Step by step, you will encounter yourself, allowing your intuition to become clearer while giving both mental and physical health a boost.
Our classes are open to both beginners and advanced practitioners. You can join us in person at our location in Dordrecht or participate online from anywhere in the world. We offer a range of subscription options to suit different needs and schedules. You are warmly invited to join us for an introductory class and experience our approach for yourself.

From my own experience I know yoga can have a profound effect on somebody's life. However it is more than a routine on a yogamat; it is a matter of living which I encourages everyone to step into: honest, straightforward and full of life.
After years of following the path of yoga I'm allways discovering something new. As soon as you start to think that you know everything you lost the curiosity to learn something new. This curiosity gives you direction, drives you to walk the path of yoga where you learn how to cooperate with life and ultimately will give you freedom.
