There are no classes during school holidays, since ”Het Energiehuis” will be closed. During summer break however for the first three weeks classes are held in the Wantij park. Those classes can be attended livestream.

Most of the exercises and postures in the class are easy to follow, so you don’t need to be flexible. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga student, everyone is welcome. The teacher adjusts the class for students who are still developing certain skills, while offering more depth to those who are ready for it.

The classes are being taught in Het Energiehuis, a location in Dordrecht, room #101.

All classes are livestreamed, so you can join from anywhere.
